Registration Information for Exhibitors
Registration Fee:
The registration fee for the BIS Update Conference Exhibit Hall is $7,550.00 for a single booth, or $12,550 for a double booth, and includes one /two full conference registrations, and an additional two/three passes for breakfasts, breaks, and the Exhibitor Networking Reception on Thursday, March 28. In total, each single booth may register up to three people and each double booth may register up to five people.
Payment Method:
Online registration is required. You may pay by credit card (M/C, VISA, and American Express) or by check. Checks should be made out to the BIS Seminar Trust Fund. All checks must be received by BIS on or before Monday, March 18, 2024 Checks must be sent by courier to: U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, 14th Street & Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Room 1099, Washington, D.C. 20230. Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A refund, less a $50 administrative charge, is available for cancellations made on or before Monday, March 18, 2024. No refunds are available after this date.

Transferring Your Registration Authorization:
To transfer your registration to someone else in your organization, you must receive prior approval from BIS. Transfer requests must be made by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on or before Monday, March 18, 2024. Please put "Registration Code Transfer Request" in the subject line and provide the new attendee’s contact information, including email address. BIS will then send an email confirmation to both you and the new registrant with registration instructions. Registrations may NOT be transferred outside of your organization. Registrations may NOT be resold.
Hotel Information:
The venue for the conference is the Marriott Marquis hotel in Washington, DC. The Marriott Marquis Washington, DC is offering attendees a conference room rate of $258/night (single occupancy + tax) March 25 - March 30, 2024. The hotel reservation deadline is Monday, March 4, 2024.
