All items listed by the Australia Group, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers Group, and Wassenaar Arrangement are subject to export control in Finland. Finland implements the European Dual Use Export Control Annex. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is the Finnish export licensing authority for dual-use items. The Ministry of Defence is the Finnish export licensing authority for defense articles.
