A1: If you receive the “Allowed blocked content?” warning message, please check the security settings on your browser to allow for viewing of the content.

How do I print a copy of the summary screen?

A2: If you want an electronic copy of the summary page, you may print out the hard copy summary page and then scan an electronic copy for your records. Also, depending on which browser you are using and if you have Adobe Acrobat or a web-based PDF printer tool installed, you may be able to “Print to PDF” through your browser’s print function.

Q3: After selecting a link in the decision tool for additional information, how do I return to the decision tool?

A3: In most browsers you will select the “X” box in the upper right corner. If your browser asks you whether to choose “Close all tabs” or “Close the current tab,” you should select “Close the current tab.”
