THAILAND EXPORT CONTROL INFORMATION

Thailand currently does not have an export control law in place. Thailand is currently working on passing an export control law under the title:  Trade Controls on Weapons of Mass Destruction Act.

Thailand Export Control Laws:  Ministry of Commerce, Department of Foreign Trade (DFT)

DFT is the primary import/export regulatory agency in Thailand.  It enforces trade and customs administrative requirements.
