Registration Information for Exhibitors
Registration Fee:
The registration fee for Update 2015 Exhibit Hall is $3,225.00 and includes one full conference registration, and an additional two passes for the Networking Reception on Monday, November 2, breakfasts, breaks and the Exhibitor Networking Reception on Tuesday, November 3. In total, each booth may register five people.
Payment Method
Online registration is required regardless of payment method. You may pay by credit card (M/C, VISA, and American Express) or by check. Checks should be made out to the BIS Seminar Trust Fund 96B1557. All checks must be received by BIS on or before Friday, October 23, 2015. Checks must be sent by courier to: U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, 14th Street & Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Room 1099D, Washington, D.C. 20230. Attn: Christine Wheeler
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A refund, less a $50 administrative charge, is available for cancellations made on or before Monday, October 19, 2015. No refunds are available after this date.

Transferring Your Registration Authorization
If you would like to allow someone else from your organization to register in your place, you must receive prior approval from BIS. Transfer requests must be made by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., on or before Monday, October 19th. Please put "Registration Code Transfer Request" in the subject line along with the new contact information, including email address. BIS will then send an email confirmation to both you and the new registrant with registration instructions. Registrations may NOT be transferred outside of your organization. Registrations may NOT be resold.
Hotel Information:
The conference rate room block at the Washington Hilton is full, as is the one at the Normandy Hotel. Information about those hotels remains below in case attendees may wish to check to see if cancellations have opened up any rooms.

The Normandy Hotel, located five minutes away, at 2118 Wyoming Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008, is offering a limited number of rooms at a conference rate of $179.00. Please reserve hotel accommodations early as these rates will be available only until October 10, 2015.

A conference rate of $222.00 (single occupancy, plus tax) is available at the Washington Hilton Hotel for the night of October 31, 2015. A conference rate of $179.00 (single occupancy, plus tax) is available at the Washington Hilton Hotel for the nights of November 1-5, 2015. Government attendees, please be sure to inquire about the government rate. Please reserve hotel accommodations early as these rates will be available only until October 29, 2015.
