POLAND EXPORT CONTROL INFORMATION

Poland is a member of the Australia Group, Nuclear Suppliers Group, Missile Technology Control Regime, and the Wassenaar Arrangement. Poland is an EU member state and follows all applicable export control laws. Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the licensing authority for all dual use items.
