MALTA EXPORT CONTROL INFORMATION

Malta is a member of the Australia Group, the Nuclear Suppliers Group, and the Wassenaar Arrangement, but is not a member of the Missile Technology Control Regime. Malta implements the European Dual Use Export Control Annex. Malta requires authorization for exports of all items subject to the Australia Group, the Missile Technology Control Regime, the Nuclear Suppliers Group, and the Wassenaar Arrangement. The Maltese licensing authority is the Import-Export Licensing Unit of the Maltese Trade Services Directorate.
