ARGENTINA EXPORT CONTROL INFORMATION

All items subject to the Australia Group, the Missile Technology Control Regime, the Nuclear Suppliers Group, and the Wassenaar Arrangement are subject to export control in Argentina. Export controls are administered by the Interministerial Commission on Sensitive Exports and War Material (Concesymb), which includes the Ministries of Defense, Foreign Affairs, and Industry. In addition, there are special registration requirements for companies dealing in controlled chemicals or munitions items.
