NETHERLANDS EXPORT CONTROL INFORMATION

All items listed by the Australia Group, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers Group, and Wassenaar Arrangement are subject to export control in the Netherlands. The Netherlands implements the European Dual Use Export Control Annex. In addition to licensing requirements for import and export, you may also need a license to ship controlled items through the Netherlands. Export licensing in theNetherlands is the responsibility of the national revenue service (Belastingdienst).
