SNAP-R planned outage the weekend of February 4-5, 2023 for software migration activities

Software migration activities necessitate a temporary outage to complete the transfer of data and connectivity points for the Simplified Network Application Process – Redesign system (SNAP-R) software, through which the public submits applications to the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) under the Export Administration Regulations.  BIS regrets the inconvenience to users due to this necessary outage.
