ITALY EXPORT CONTROL INFORMATION

All items listed by the Australia Group, Missile Technology Control Regime, Nuclear Suppliers Group, and Wassenaar Arrangement are subject to export control in Italy. Italy implements the European Dual Use Export Control Annex. Export licensing responsibility in Italy is divided between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Munitions Licensing Unit, and the Ministry of Economic Development, which is responsible for dual-use items.
