Essentials of U.S. Export Controls

This is an intensive, one-day program that covers the key information you need to know to comply with the EAR. Counseling and other professionals from the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) will cover the major elements of the U.S. export control system for commercial exports. This fast-paced program is ideal for those with busy schedules.


About the Instructors


The instructors are experienced export policy specialists and engineers from BIS's Washington, D.C. headquarters. The instructors will be available throughout the seminar to answer your questions on how the export regulations affect the export activities of your organization or client.


Location/time

The program will be held at The Hyatt Regency Hotel, 3200 East 81 Street, Bloomington, MN 55425. Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m. on June 14, 2016. The program will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.

Registration

The registration fee for the Essentials of U.S. Export Controls seminar is $250.00 per person. The registration fee to attend both this seminar and the How to Develop an Export Management and Compliance Program course on June 15 is $475.00. The fee includes continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and materials for the entire seminar. Registration fees are nonrefundable after June 6, 2016. Substitutions may be made at any time.
