On June 30th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm (ET), BIS, in conjunction with the International Trade Administration, is offering an encryption webinar which will provide an overview of the June 25th amendments to the encryption provisions of the Export Administration Regulations. BIS licensing officers will walk through changes to License Exception ENC and the mass market provisions of section 742.15, changes in processing, the new "registration" requirement, and the new annual self-classification report requirement that will apply to encryption items that no longer require 30-review. This program will be offered free of charge.

Participants should be aware that they will need to have the appropriate software in order to view the webinar. To make sure their computer has the correct software, they need to follow these instructions:
1. Go to this webpage: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA101733831033.aspx.
2. Towards the bottom of the page, find the "Download the Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007" link and click on it.
3. A box comes up asking if you'd like to run or save the software, click "run".
4. Another box comes up that asks if you'd like to run the software, click "run" again. This will install the software on your computer.
