This is an intensive, one-day program that covers the key information you need to know to comply with the EAR. Counselors and other professionals from the Bureau of Industry and Security will cover the major elements of the U.S. export control system for commercial exports. The instructors are experienced export policy specialists, engineers and enforcement personnel from BIS's Washington, D.C. headquarters and field offices. The instructors will be available throughout the seminar to answer your questions on how the export regulations affect the export activities of your organization or client.

The registration fee for the Essentials of U.S. Export Controls is $250.00 per person, $275.00per person after November 7, 2012. (If you are attending both seminars “Technology and Encryption Controls Program on November 29, 2012 the fee is $425.00, the fee will be $450.00 after November 7).
