BIS's voice mail system can be accessed using a touch-tone phone, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. STELA is an automated voice response system that can be accessed using a touch-tone phone. It provides applicants with the status of their license and classification applications, and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. STELA can give exporters authority to ship their goods for those licenses approved without conditions. To obtain information about your license application from STELA, dial (202) 482-2752 and enter the Application Control Number. Press "0" for instructions.
