The registration fee for Update is $695 and includes a Preregistration Reception on October 15, Gala Reception on October 16, breakfasts and lunches on October 16-17, and program materials. Payment MethodRegistration on-line is required regardless of payment method. You may pay by credit card (M/C, VISA, American Express) or by check. Check payments/registrations will not be accepted prior to on-line registration beginning. Checks should be made out to the BIS Seminar Trust Fund 96B6067. Cancellations/Refund PolicyA refund, less a $50 administrative charge, is available for cancellations made on or before September 26, 2006. Cancellation requests must be made by email to Updateconference@bis.doc.gov. Please put “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. No refunds are available after September 26, 2006. TransfersYou may transfer your registration to another member of your same organization at any time upon email notification to BIS at Updateconference@bis.doc.gov. Please put "Registration Transfer Request" in the subject line. Please note that BIS is unable to accommodate requests for changing the payment method or transferring charges to another credit card account. We cannot guarantee that transfers made after September 15 will be included on the attendee list. Registrations may NOT be transferred outside of your organization. Registrations may NOT be resold. WaitlistIf the conference sells out, a waitlist will be made available via the on-line registration link. You will be contacted by email if space becomes available for you to register. Please note that if your company or organization is already represented at Update, others individuals whose companies or organizations are not represented will be given priority on the waitlist. Additional InformationThere is no group registration discount. On-site registration will only be available if the conference is not sold out. The on-site registration fee will be $750. Dress is business casual.
