The EU Conversion Workshop focuses on familiarization and usage of the European Union Control List. This internationally accepted control list can be used by licensing officers to ensure effective classification of exports and provide exporters with requirements for appropriate export. The history of the EU control list and background information on the international export control regimes is discussed.
