"Catch-All" Controls - LP-102

The Export License Processing: "Catch-All" Controls course describes the US Government’s original enhanced proliferation control initiative which was started during in 1991 during the Bush administration. The evolution of EPSY and the implementation of "catch-all" controls will be discussed as necessary concepts of export control for countries implementing new laws and systems.

Objectives:

Provide senior policy officials with an understanding of the need to implement a "catch-all" control within their legal and regulatory framework.
