Measures of Effectiveness

The OIP team developed an approach to performance measurement that links basic inputs (country programs that consume time, money and staff resources) to the outcome finally desired (increased global safety and security). The six considerations in performance measurement include: Basic Input, Basic Work Process, Basic Outputs, Intermediate Results, Eventual Result, and Final Outcome.
